Overview
This Refund Policy governs the purchase and use of credits on the CristaLabs image tools — including the Image Enhancer and Magic Eraser — available at cristalabs.com. By purchasing credits you agree to the terms set out below.
Credits are a prepaid digital currency used to run AI operations (such as an image enhancement or an object removal). They are delivered to your account instantly upon purchase.
Secure Checkout
Purchases use a standard, secure one-click checkout through our payment provider. Once payment succeeds, the credits are added to your signed-in account instantly.
We never see or store your full card details — all payment information is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor.
Purchased Credits Are Non-Refundable
Credits are a digital product delivered instantly and irrevocably to your account at the moment of purchase. As such, once credits are purchased they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money.
This includes unused credits. We do not provide monetary refunds for credits you have purchased but not yet spent.
Purchased credits do not expire and remain available on your account until used.
The only exception to non-refundability is the automatic credit refund described in the next section.
Automatic Refunds for Failed Operations
Our system is built to be fair. If an operation fails on our end — for example, an image enhancement or an object removal that errors out or does not complete — the credits spent on that operation are automatically returned to your balance.
This happens automatically, with no action required from you. You are only ever charged for operations that complete successfully.
What Is Not Covered
The automatic credit refund applies only to genuine system failures. It does not apply to:
- Change of mind after a purchase
- Unused or leftover credits
- Dissatisfaction with the visual outcome of a successfully completed operation (our tools are continuously improving and currently marked BETA; results can vary by image)
- Accidental purchases — please review your order at checkout before confirming
We encourage you to use your free daily credits to try a tool before purchasing.
Questions & Billing Support
If you believe you were charged in error, experienced a billing problem, or have any question about this policy, please contact us — we aim to respond within 48 hours.
In the event of a duplicate charge, payment-processing error, or other billing issue, CristaLabs will investigate the transaction and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
